A recent article published by CNBC discussed Dr. Fauci's statement regarding the "disturbing" data of the U.S Coronavirus outbreak in response to Trump's claim Thursday evening that the United States is "rounding the corner".
Fauci strongly warns of rough fall and winter for COVID-19 due to rising cases growing by 5% or more, in 11 states - including; Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Health officials have regularly warned that the country is preparing to battle two serious viruses circulating later this year as the COVID outbreak runs into the upcoming flu season.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that individuals continue to wear masks as a way to slow the spread of the virus. Scientists declared that the virus is spread through the respiratory droplets that is passed when an infected individual coughs or sneezes. Studies have suggested that wearing facial coverings or masks create an essential barrier to spreading the infection.
